IT Project Manager

• Lead the definition and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that they meet stated expectations in terms of timelines, scope, budget and quality
• Provide end-to-end project management (across multiple projects), from business requirement development through to implementation in line with Pepco’s IT Operating Model
• Manage Project Stakeholder expectations for project deliverables via communications, including the implementation of an effective system of project governance
• Coordinate with stakeholders to determine scope, business requirements, solution design and success criteria
• Create and maintain detailed project and resource plans, RAIDD logs and other project documents to support effective project tracking and management and in line with the requirements of our internal IT Operating Model
• To coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that IT system changes are correctly implemented, documented and tested
• Ensure a successful transition of projects into the business
• Continuously improving all aspects of team performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with project teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, 3rd party vendors

• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of successfully managing the end-to-end project delivery of IT projects of which 5 years should be in an international Retail company
• Experience of delivering technology projects with a large impact on end users
• Experience in managing complex projects with a Waterfall methodology
• Experience of resource forecast planning
• Good experience of establishing and running effective project governance
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to cope with challenging stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Ability to show initiative/be resourceful, work independently, and be able to work as a member of the team
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Solid understanding of producing and managing financial forecasts and budgets
• Good experience of the management of risk
• Comprehensive knowledge of MSOffice suite and planning tools is essential
• Ability to travel as required in Europe is essential
• Exposure to and experience of various Retail Back Office and In Store systems
