We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the linkage between our IT and business teams by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks related to our applications.
- Cooperating with other team members and delivering projects according to the bank's strategy
- Gathering business requirements
- Analysis of business needs and managing of dependencies between them
- Improve operations efficiency, client on-boarding
- Formulating business specifications (i.e. for IT Team)
- Writing and running test cases to check system and functionalities
- Training and providing support to other teams if required
- Checking the quality of a delivered software and risk assessment
- Investigating and solving business related problems on a daily basis
MUST
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English as a working language
- Knowledge of securities services (knowledge of a fund industry will be an advantage)
- University degree (Finance, Economics, Project Management) or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Dedication to quality, self-motivation, positive approach and willingness to learn
