• Support the company's project delivery and sales process by developing and maintaining a portfolio of internal tools, including:
  • Dynamics 365 customization:
    • C# plugins and custom workflow activities,
    • client-side scripts using Java Script,
    • improving forms and views,
    • creating and editing workflows,
  • notification systems,
  • data synchronization pipelines,
  • custom applications.  
• Helping Product Owner with gathering requirements and cooperating with stakeholders to prove the best outcome,
• Developing new functionalities, upgrading existing ones, and hunting the bugs without much supervision,
• Supervises technical quality and sets priorities for others (Juniors),
• Prepares technical project documentation,
• Executes technical proof of concepts,
• Able to perform project UAT,  training/knowledge sessions,
• Resolving non-trivial support issues.

• You have developer experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (especially Sales module) enough to write plugins and custom workflow activities on your own,
• You have solid C# skills,
  • Azure knowledge is nice to have,
• You can work with a goal in mind. Not the technical goal, but the value that we should provide to our clients. There ARE cases when 10 minutes of generating excel manually are still better than 8 hours of automatization :) 
• You are able to provide solutions and maintain our systems after a short learning period. And what are we working on? 
• You can talk to people. Understanding the reasoning and ideas of other human beings is not hard for you, and even if it is (we know sometimes it is), you know how to ask for clarification ,
• You can and want to improve existing processes without be asked to do so.
