We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud Architect for our innovation projects.

We work on the cloud technologies for the Deutsche Telekom group.

Our focus is on:

• private cloud,
• public cloud,
• edge cloud,
• hybrid and multi cloud technologies. 

If it is a cloud, we are involved. We are working with cutting-edge technology including modern architecture, future looking solutions, with open architecture approach which lets each project think and act as a tech start-up.

About the Team

You will be part of cross-functional international agile team which will develop core components for our Mobile and Fixed Access Networks. This involves designing, building, and testing clouds for all of the Deutsche Telekom ecosystem.

In this role you will work on Multi-Cloud networking solution integration for Advanced B2B/ICT Solutions

Tasks:

• Getting detailed insights into Multi-Cloud networking solution of selected solution providers
• Investigating option how to integrate selected Multi-Cloud networking solution into existing DT environment
• Conducting selected aspects of integration

• Good understanding of architecture of public-cloud networking environments
• Hands on experiences with public-cloud networking (in best case experiences with all three of the most important solutions, Amazon, Microsoft & Google)
• Basic knowledge about declarative configuration languages and tools, like Terraform
• Basic understanding of BSS/OSS IT landscape of DT
• Hands on experiences in software integration tasks
• Good understanding of NFV virtual Router, Virtual Gateway etc.
• Good understanding standard systems-integration tasks in context of telco environment
• You will work with international team, so fluenty in english is a must.
