We are looking for a Virtual Lecturer for our Python Development course. 

You:

• Teach Python by employing creative, engaging, innovative methods following DCI curriculum with limited guidance
• Design and develop appropriate python instructional material consistent with the generic course syllabus.
• Building a classroom culture that promotes active learning and is rigorous, joyful, and engaging.
• Maintenance of clear records on student performance, as well as any other factors such as attendance involved with the grading of students.
• Implements academic interventions for students that are tailored specifically to their needs to increase student achievement. Instructing in a manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities.
• Able to work on different ways of presenting or explaining the concepts during mentoring sessions.
• Make direct technical contributions (writing, debugging, reviewing and deploying code).
• Participate in meetings, training, and workshops 
• Implements techniques in the classroom that have been learned during coaching meetings, Professional Development sessions, or during in-the-moment feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Science/Masters in Science/ Masters in Technology/Bachelor of Technology or related discipline
• You have 4+ years of experience in Python, Database, Django, APIs, Cloud Services(AWS, GCP), Agile Methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the core Python concepts like data structures, data types and variables, exception handling, file handling, generators, iterators, and object-oriented programming
• Must have knowledge of Django Framework including Views & Templates, Forms, Session Management, Testing, CI-CD, Middleware
• Strong knowledge of Postgres database, usage in python, consistency, performance and ORM
• Know how to consume REST APIs and create REST APIs
• Experience deploying application onto cloud
• Hands on experience with gitHub
