• Responsible for leading the project to success in terms of delivery of the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and the adequate quality, with full customer satisfaction
• Implementation of an insurance software package
• Project budget and planning management
• Managing the relationship with the customer
• Coordinating the various subcontractors contributing to the project
• Project’s risk analysis management and mitigation
• Responsible for the overall delivery of the different streams that are contributing to the project
• In charge of the project governance e.g. the preparations and hosting of the project status meetings, handling the resource plan and demands

• At least 5 years of proven experience in project management
• Experience with international project management
• Multi sites management experience
• Experience in managing project in a matrix environment
• Experience in Development and Testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing software packages
• Experience in analysis of business procedure requirements
• Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services - Advantage
• Fluent in English 
• Other languages (Czech) – Advantage
• Flexible with travel - 50% of the time on average
• Experience in Agile development (CSM certification) – Advantage
• PMP or Prince certificate - Advantage
