• Process Design and Analysis,
• Business process mapping,
• Running tests,
• Write User Manuals,
• Writing technical documentation

• Knowledge of at least one programming language and database (SQL, ORACLE, SAS, SAP) will be appreciated.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
