The role will report into the Change Management Group (CHG), which is a business aligned change team responsible for delivering industry benchmarked solutions from the initiation stage through to implementation. CHG comprises seasoned professionals with subject matter expertise spanning Risk, Finance, Font Office, Operations, Technology supported by highly experienced Project Management capability. The team are valued for their thought leadership, structured approach to problem-solving, ability to take a longer-term strategic view without losing sight of the detail, ability to shape and sculpt complex solutions, management of multiple stakeholders, and their drive to deliver.

Undertaking business analysis tasks on the current operation workflows to redesigned and document requirements for any new change / technology solution;

Capturing and communicating the impact of business requirements on operational processes, monitoring impacted areas in order to implement the changes;

Performing end to end functional and technical analysis of changes and solutions;

Engaging as a leader and a subject matter expert in front office processes, improvements and change management activities across the organisation;

Comprehensive understanding of financial products across different asset classes

Effective change delivery of scope including task assignment, tracking progress and deliverables and programme governance to include complex stakeholder management across technology, front office, compliance, risk, product control and finance;

Works independently to document the business requirements, policy, procedures and liaise with the business and technology in a professional and coherent manner.

…Build user test cases and aid in there execution through testing.

Work closely with relevant business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) whilst identifying & managing inter-dependencies with other projects.Coordinating project implementation "Go-Lives" and handover to relevant RTB Technology & Support groups.


MUST HAVE: Experience in Business Analysis withinBanking/Financial Services.

Experienced and versed in at least one of the functional domains below with 1st hand expertise of gathering requirements, driving solutions/recommendations across various stakeholders.

  • Financial services experience, preferably within a top tier firm
  • 5+ years working within a regulatory change role as a senior Business Analyst
  • Regulatory reporting and compliance experience is also preferable
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
  • A proactive, motivated approach.
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly
  • Strong decision making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
