- Taking part in ServiceNow testing, design, administration, and development activities,
- Working directly with the client (customer mindset),
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures,
- Expanding ServiceNow knowledge through self-paced and virtual classroom trainings,
- Collaborating with Architects and assisting Junior Team members
Who we're looking for?
- Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 English),
- Extensive Experience working with ServiceNow platform,
- Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements,
- Experience working with Agile and SCRUM methodologies,
- ServiceNow System Administration certificate.
It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services,
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
