- Create and maintain a set of standards and templates for Jira & Confluence with the goal of providing guidance and standards to the engineering teams. The goal is to allow teams to be able to analyze bottlenecks in workflow and improve productivity.
- Working with Stakeholders, analytics, and client feedback to develop a product vision that resolves our client's problems or meets business objectives.
- Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements
- You will curate user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants and various members of the product team.
- Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product - act as primary contact for product-related questions and present your product to internal stakeholders.
- Validate: Ensure each iteration delivers the expected result by working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features

Must have:
- professional user Jira/Confluence, hands on with Jira Atlassian stack, automation for Jira.
- strong knowledge Agile philosophy, Scrum framework, Sprint ceremonies etc
- Able to build API
- Expertise with Jira Align - how to integrate with financials and resources. Automation for Jira.
- Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders
- Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight to the development team: participate in design discussions, drive technical decisions within and across the organization
- Requirements Gathering and collecting feedback from customers
- DevOps process and culture
- 5+ years of experience in IT
