Our product managers oversee the product functionality and design for our flexible, scalable, and easy-to-use data cloud. We need someone who has the breadth of skills and experience that will make our product loved by customers - someone who can develop a deep understanding of the Snowflake product, a deep empathy for customers and a clear vision of how the product should evolve. 

In this strategic Product Manager role, you will lead Snowflake’s data observability experiences strategy. You will work directly with a front-end development team, user experience designers, and partner with backend teams supporting data observability across Snowflake. This role entails defining the roadmap for Snowflake’s data observability experiences and working with cross-functional teams across Snowflake to help make our customers successful. 


  • Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, definition of success, and ultimate company-wide impact for Snowflake’s Data Observability Experiences.
  • Collaborate across the Snowflake leadership team as well as the PM, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Sales organizations to help drive buy-in and agreement on the vision and the product.
  • Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively. You will own getting your roadmap out the door, and make sure that your products are constantly getting better.
  • Be highly data driven, knowing how to get, understand, and use data to make the best possible decisions and evaluate different possible options and paths.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in leading UI and UX teams. 
  • Experience working with UI and UX design teams to deliver exceptional product experiences 
  • Experience with building UIs that help users understand complex data
  • The ability to understand the breadth of our product line as well as the technical ability to drill into details on owned areas.
  • Proven expertise working with, presenting to and managing communications with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across the company.
  • Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative startup from its early days. That means flexibility as well as dealing with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or similar practical experience.
