As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing manual QA processes that includes end to end testing comprising smoke, regression and progression test plans, and will write and maintain automation tests. You will work in a global environment, in a self-organized Scrum team.

Responsibilities

  • Write test case scenarios based on user stories
  • Prepare and execute manual testing
  • Develop, execute and maintaining automation tests
  • Create test documentation
  • Work with Product Owners, Development team to define the functional and technical requirements during User Story refinement sessions
  • Creating test plans and procedures based on clients’ requirements
  • Report on bugs and their status as well as interaction with Developers in order to get them sorted out.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of QA experience in preparing, conducting and documenting for web applications
  • Experience using Agile development methods, practices and project management tools like Jira, Git, TestRail etc. 
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS 
  • Strong technical writing skills in order to develop comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, and test plans
  • A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining keen focus
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability
  • English B1+

Nice to have:

  • Experience in creating and performing automation tests
  • Knowledge of automation tests framework (eg. Webdriver.IO)
  • ISTQB Certification
