The Cloud Print Engineer is working as a 2nd level engineer, operating and maintaining the cloud print platform, adding printer and policies as well as working on print job issues and 2nd level issues and tickets. The Cloud Print Engineer is also managing the technical operations of the global portfolio of printers and MFPs, including settings, drivers and firmware testing and distributions.

  • Rollout support during project and later extension of ‘Global Cloud Printing’ solution
  • System operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements as well as quality assurance and development of standards
  • Providing 2nd Level support and provide training and documentation to users and to 1st level support team.
  • Ensuring system integrity and security through necessary measures, for example log analysis and patch management.
  • Manage the implementation of agreed changes.
  • Execution of project tasks in IT infrastructure projects and responsible to provide project deliverables.
  • Manage the ticket solving and ticket routing in “Service Now".
  • Take care that all internal KPI are met.

  • 1-3 years of technical experience in working with print server- and printer technologies, including driver and firmware management, printer languages and protocols etc. Knowledge about Azure Active Directory would be a plus.
  • Experience in working according to professional processes in the area of ITSM and knowledge of the processes of service management Deep understanding of ITIL functionality.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Very good understanding of functionality of Microsoft Azure, InTunes, MS Teams and Office 365 family
  • Experience of managing relationships with internal customers.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to interact with clients, staff, and management teams
  • Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
