IGA / IAM Business Analyst

Digital Identity is one of the key offerings of Accenture Security. It focusses on the design and implementation of identity services that help secure access to organisation’s environments and data, in three main identity vectors:

• 1 – Consumer identity: securing customers’ identities streamlining their access
• 2 – Workforce identity: securing and accelerating access from employees and third-party providers to applications and streamlining their access
• 3 – Privileged identity: managing privileged credentials and providing secure access to privileged individuals and applications

What will you do:

• As the Business Analyst you will be accountable for translating business needs into a solution.
• In this role you will collaborate with business process owners and key stakeholders to identify business needs, elicit a clear set of requirements and establish them into a solution. 

What do we expect from you:

• Understanding of IT environment (Associates Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant experience)
• Hands-on experience with IGA solution
• Understanding of the IAM / IGA workflows / processes
• Interest in Digital Identity and its impact on greater business practices
• Previous experience working with Omada would be beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace
• Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required
