Access Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Contract: B2B, long term cooperation

Work mode: hybrid in Warsaw (2 days per week from the office)

Project language: English/Polish

Business trips: occasional to Denmark

We are looking for a detail-oriented Access Manager who is prepared to take on the challenge of optimizing user access protocols while ensuring compliance with established security practices. This position requires a keen analytical mind and effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with internal stakeholders. The Access Manager will be responsible for managing user access across the customer's internal systems, ensuring compliance with security practices and optimizing access management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute manual access management tasks across multiple internal systems for the customer.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of access requests and changes.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and processes as well as customer instructions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Work with IAM tools such as One Identity Manager and Omada.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with manual access provisioning and de-provisioning across various systems.
• Understanding of access governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in using Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) console.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation of IAM processes (e.g., scripting, workflows, integrations).
• Familiarity with IAM systems such as One Identity Manager and/or Omada.
