Product Owner (data management experience)

Location: Poland

Contract: 6-12 months + extension

Work model: Remote + occasional visits to the Warsaw office or business trips

Product Owner for the Common Data Platform in the Emerging Markets region will drive the value of commercial data, enhancing decision-making across customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the line of business to define priorities and requirements for analytics use-cases.
• Deliver data products related to Omnichannel Marketing, Digital Content, and CRM.
• Understand user needs and collaborate with the agile data product team.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage resources, and negotiate timelines.
• Convey the value of the Common Data Platform for insights and analytics.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog with the other Product Owner.
• Lead the development team to deliver user value.
• Represent Emerging Market efforts to global stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in DevOps with agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical/financial is an advantage)
• Ability to understand complex technical matters and communicate effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
