Summary: The role of Senior Salesforce Developer is to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce MediaCloud solutions, specifically utilizing Vlocity to create industry-specific components, integrate complex systems, and ensure excellence in the DevOps process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts.
- Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs.
- Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations.
- Utilize Copado for CI/CD, version control, release management, and automated deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric features.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and support for live Salesforce environments.
- Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1+ year with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
- Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Familiarity with coding design patterns.
- Proven experience implementing Vlocity components: DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and FlexCards.
- Proficiency in Copado or similar DevOps tools for deployment and release management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Vlocity Certifications, and/or Copado Certification are strong advantages.
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
Nice to Have:
