About our Team

We’re a Mobile Quality Assurance team at Samsung. Our role is to maintain high quality of mobile products across European markets. We’re actively looking for a language tester with a technical flair to strengthen our language verification team in the area of Samsung Galaxy AI solutions on Samsung devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables etc.).

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing linguistic expertise and evaluating performance of Galaxy AI/Bixby features
• Preparing linguistic test data (sentences, dialogues, notes, recordings)
• Executing test cases to validate new product releases
• Registering defects and creating reports
• Running automated AI tests and analyzing results
• Proposing innovative solutions for language testing methodologies and tools

·      Location:

o  Office in Warsaw Spire near metro station

o  Working in a hybrid model – 3 days from the office per week

Skills and Qualifications

·       Native or near-native fluency in Dutch language

·       Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

·       A degree in linguistics, translation, NLP, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Practical knowledge of MS Excel for data management and analysis

·       Genuine interest in AI, NLP, and LLMs, and experience using AI assistants in your daily work

·       Basic scripting ability (Python preferred), and a willingness to learn automation tools and script modification

• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to cooperate with a team

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in testing or quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with Android system and Samsung devices
• Experience with mobile test automation tools
• Experience evaluating voice assistants, chatbots, or machine translation
• Proficiency in other foreign languages, such as: French, Swedish, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian or Czech, at C1 level or higher will be considered as a significant advantage
