Tester with French Language

About the team

We’re a Mobile Quality Assurance team at Samsung. Our role is to maintain high quality of mobile products across European markets. We’re actively looking for a language tester with a technical flair to strengthen our language verification team in the area of Samsung Galaxy AI solutions on Samsung devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables etc.).

Role and Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and maintaining test cases for new Galaxy AI and Bixby releases
• Building and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks
• Running automated language tests, and analyzing the results to find patterns and root causes
• Evaluating linguistic quality in your target language(s), including accuracy, fluency, and naturalness
• Reporting defects with reproducible steps and clear linguistic context, and writing clear test reports
• Preparing test data such as sentences, dialogues, and voice recordings
• Proposing and implementing improvements to test methods, tooling, and workflows

·      Location:

o  Office in Warsaw Spire near metro station

o  Working in a hybrid model – 3 days from the office per week

Skills and Qualifications

·       Solid experience in software, mobile, or QA testing, including writing and executing test cases

·       Working programming skills, preferably Python, with the ability to write, modify, and debug scripts

·       Good command of French language at a level that lets you assess meaning, nuance, and naturalness (C1 or equivalent preferred)

·       Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

·       Familiarity with Excel or other tools for data analysis

·       Interest in AI, NLP, and LLMs, and experience using AI tools in your daily work

·       Clear communication and a collaborative attitude

Nice to have

·       Experience with mobile automation tools

·       Experience testing voice assistants, chatbots, or machine translation

·       Familiarity with Android or Samsung devices

·       Additional languages, such as French, Swedish, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, or Czech, at C1 level or higher would be a significant advantage
