Full Stack Developer - AI Products (AI&Data)

At the AI&Data, we work locally and globally with over 200 Poland-based specialists. Our expertise spans data architecture and sectoral specialization. We collaborate with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, and Snowflake to implement cutting-edge solutions. We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics. 

THE WORK 

As a Full Stack Developer - AI Products, you will build GenAI and agentic AI solutions for leading global enterprises end-to-end - from the React interface users interact with, through the APIs that power it, to the LLM services, RAG pipelines, and agents behind them. 

We're looking for developers who are comfortable on both sides of the stack, curious about Generative AI, and excited to turn powerful AI capabilities into products people actually use. 

You will: 

• Build modern, responsive frontends for GenAI products using React and TypeScript - conversational interfaces, agent dashboards, and data exploration tools 
• Develop backend services and APIs (Python/FastAPI or Node.js) that connect user interfaces to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), agents, and enterprise data sources 
• Implement AI-specific patterns across the stack: streaming LLM responses, real-time agent status, citation rendering, and graceful handling of AI uncertainty 
• Contribute to RAG pipelines and agentic workflows - integrating vector databases, tools, and MCP servers into working product features 
• Deploy and run solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and evaluate AI outputs to catch hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production 
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers, designers, architects, and consultants on cross-functional client teams 

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. • Min. 2 years of commercial experience in full stack or web development 
• Experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems in personal, academic, or professional projects 
• Good proficiency in React and TypeScript 
• Backend development experience in Python (preferred) or Node.js - building REST APIs and working with databases (SQL) 
• Experience integrating frontends with backend APIs, WebSockets, or streaming endpoints 
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and a working understanding of embeddings, vector search, and RAG 
• Experience with any agentic framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK) and with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) 
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) — we expect these to be a core part of your daily workflow, not an occasional add-on 
• Good command of English (min. B2+)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience building real-time or streaming UIs (e.g., Server-Sent Events, WebSocket-based interfaces) 

• Hands-on experience with UI component libraries and design systems (e.g., Shadcn, Radix, Material UI) 
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization and CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar) 
• Experience with testing across the stack (e.g., Playwright, React Testing Library, pytest) 
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and model evaluation techniques 
• Contributions to open-source projects, hackathon experience, or a public GitHub portfolio
