Senior Product Manager / Fintech Business Analyst

• B2B contract via Devire (up to 215zł/h net + VAT).

• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or platform planning, with substantial responsibility for product or platform definition.
• Strong domain knowledge of DeFi markets or traditional investment fund and asset management operations.
• Hands-on experience building or developing investment management systems for institutional clients or professional investment managers.
• Practical understanding of investment products and workflows, such as portfolio construction, positions and holdings, trade execution, settlement, valuation, or portfolio lifecycle management.
• Experience translating financial processes into clear business requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience with or a solid understanding of data modeling, schemas, ERDs, and API contracts.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain-based investment platforms, digital assets, or DeFi protocols.
• Experience making product decisions within a financial regulatory environment.
• Experience designing onboarding processes, user flows, access rules, or platform usage policies for professional clients.
• Active use of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude in everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and priorities for an institutional investment and portfolio management platform.
• Translate professional investment workflows into platform capabilities, data structures, and API specifications.
• Define investment data models and instrument classification, covering traditional securities and blockchain-based assets.
• Establish API design principles and operating policies for exposing investment data and trading capabilities to external systems.
• Define APIs and contract interfaces that enable AI agents to interact with investment data and trading functions.
• Work closely with engineering and stakeholders to turn complex investment requirements into deliverable product increments.
