Role and Responsibilities

·      Performing tasks consisting in language resources processing (text localization, translation, annotation, corpora collection, etc.);

·      Participation in processes of verification and analysis of text language resources;

·      Development of new linguistic resources or other linguistic tasks based on actual project needs;

·      Language corpora augmentation with domain-specific text data;

·      On-device testing of language resources;

·      Providing linguistic expertise and linguistic support for various projects;

·      Collaboration with NLP experts, engineers and 3rd party companies on language-specific developments;

Skills and Qualifications

·      Bachelor's or master's degree in linguistics, philology or related fields

·      Excellent command of Turkish (at C1-C2 level);

·      Fluency in English;

·      Previous experience in linguistics, translation, content creation, proofreading, computational linguistics, etc.;

·      Efficiency, accuracy and interest in creating linguistic data;

·      An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities;

·      Highly motivated to learn and develop;

·      Eager to learn and use new technologies;

Nice to have

·      Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially Polish, Italian, French, German, Spanish);

·      General knowledge or previous experience in computational linguistics or NLP/NLU positions;

·      Practical experience applying LLMs to linguistics tasks;

·      Programming skills or interest;

·      Practical knowledge of formal grammars;

·      Skills in Git;
