AWS Enginee (AI&Data)

We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics.

THE WORK:

• You will design, build and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, working closely with Solution Architects, engineering teams and client stakeholders.
• You will develop and integrate AI and Generative AI solutions on AWS, using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI and related services.
• You will contribute to building enterprise AI platforms / AI Factories, providing reusable capabilities for developing, deploying and operating AI solutions at scale.
• You will implement GenAI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Knowledge Bases, guardrails and model integrations, connecting them with enterprise applications and data.
• You will automate cloud environments and deployments using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, while applying AWS best practices for security, scalability, observability and cost efficiency.
• You will work with architects and engineering teams to turn technical designs and prototypes into production-grade solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve implemented solutions.
• You will participate in POV and POC initiatives, exploring new AWS and AI capabilities and contributing to reusable assets and engineering standards.

• Strong hands-on experience building solutions on AWS and good knowledge of core AWS services across compute, storage, networking, databases, integration and security.
• Good programming skills, preferably Python, and experience developing cloud-native applications, APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, using technologies such as Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Practical experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions on AWS, particularly with Amazon Bedrock and/or Amazon SageMaker AI.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and implementation patterns such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG and AI agents.
• Good understanding of AWS security, scalability, reliability, observability and cost optimization principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate effectively with architects, engineering teams and client stakeholders.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience building components of an enterprise AI Factory / GenAI Platform, providing reusable AI capabilities for multiple teams and use cases.
• Advanced experience with Amazon Bedrock, including Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, Agents and/or Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience implementing production-grade RAG or agentic AI solutions, including integration with enterprise data and APIs.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, AI evaluation, monitoring, observability and Responsible AI/security controls.
• Experience with Docker, Amazon ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, serverless or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with modern data platforms, vector databases and semantic search, particularly in support of AI applications.
• Relevant AWS certifications, particularly AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer or AI/ML-related certifications.
