Role Overview

The Content Transformation Program is building the next-generation Data Platform for LSEG—modernizing how we source, acquire, enrich, and deliver content across the organization. This transformation leverages cloud technologies and modern engineering practices.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will define, scope, and lead technology initiatives ensuring successful delivery of complex programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Delivery & Execution: - Lead delivery across technology teams ensuring architectural alignment and strategic design & product adherence. - Manage technology product roadmap and delivery milestones.

Planning & Portfolio Management: - Own technology planning including Quarterly Planning, backlog prioritization, and capacity forecasting.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: - Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.

Governance, Reporting & Financial Management: - Maintain program governance, reporting, and financial tracking including budget monitoring & reporting.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership: - Collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, PMO, and business teams. - Mentor and guide delivery teams to foster high performance.

Growth & Innovation - Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and try new techniques or methodologies for improved delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • Program and Portfolio Management experience within banking field
  • Roadmap definition and ownership
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and reporting skills.

Business & Sector Knowledge:

  • Experience in Financial Services project and program management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to Senior Business Leaders and Technology Team members.
  • Transformation experience, in particular implementing and supporting team members as we navigate the change curve.
  • Understanding the needs & demands of a large global corporation

Leadership & Management:

  • Ability to lead large delivery teams and manage managers.
  • Accountable for portfolio delivery and the management of finances related to business cases
  • Experience in managing programs and projects using Agile and Waterfall practices preferred.

  • Resilient, strong prioritization, self-starter, ability to shape teams and high emotional intelligence.
