To support customer onboarding, environment provisioning, platform operations, and tenant enablement across cloud-based data platforms, we are seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Factory - Provisioning Engineer.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in Microsoft Azure, DevOps practices, platform operations, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. The engineer will be responsible for provisioning and configuring environments, executing standardized DevOps runbooks, deploying platform services, supporting tenants, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring reliable onboarding experiences across multiple cloud environments.

This role is well suited for engineers with a blend of cloud infrastructure, automation, platform support, and operational excellence skills.

  • Engineer robust test automation for a cutting-edge cloud data platform, ensuring it meets the complex data transformation needs of 50+ business tenants.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable test frameworks that integrate seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines, accelerating delivery and reducing defects.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, validate functionality, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Own end-to-end testing of new features—from defining test strategies and writing automated tests to analyzing results and driving continuous improvements.
  • Champion engineering excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize test coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform reliability.
  • Communicate progress and risks effectively, contributing to a culture of transparency, quality, and innovation.

MUST
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Customer Onboarding roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and platform operations.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized workloads in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and cloud-native operational tooling.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills across cloud and platform services.
  • Experience executing operational runbooks and automated deployment processes in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global engineering teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation-first deployment practices.
  • Monitoring and observability expertise, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Exposure to modern Data Platforms, Data Mesh concepts, and platform engineering ecosystems.
