Role Overview
As a Senior Product Owner reporting to Director of Product Delivery, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and product direction of Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance platform — a leading compliance solution used by teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog that balances client needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as the voice of the customer — engaging directly with clients to gather insights and converting their challenges into well-defined requirements for the development team.
- Partner closely with software developers, QA engineers, and delivery specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time product increments aligned with the roadmap.
- Define and communicate clear acceptance criteria, reviewing completed work to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Align product strategy with broader business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders across technology and business functions.

The base pay for this role is €3,500–€4,600 gross/month. The actual pay depends on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable client-facing product role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g., Scrum).
- Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
