What you will do in this role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with business partners, project teams, and higher-level staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of business and technology solutions.
- Identify and resolve moderate business issues using critical thinking, data analysis, and sound judgment.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.
- Follow established processes, project guidelines, and contractual requirements to ensure consistent and compliant delivery.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation of solutions.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, tools, and data sources.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze information and communicate findings.
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Your qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Ability to analyze processes and data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience creating process maps, functional documentation, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex information clearly.
- Comfortable learning new technologies, systems, and data.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
