Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager – Legal IT is responsible for the Legal IT applications portfolio, acting as IT BRM to the Legal function and leading IT initiatives within Legal and the wider IT team. This position reports to the Sr Director IT - HR, Legal, Compliance & Finance and is part of the Cytiva Enterprise Applications IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as IT BRM (Business Relationship Manager) to Cytiva Legal business, manage Legal applications portfolio, understand business processes, gaps and translate to technical solutions aligned to Cytiva IT Enterprise technology guidelines.
- Ability to work with Legal Execs and Senior leaders to clarify requirements, build trust, relationships to influence through credible knowledge and experience.
- Collaborate and support Corporate Legal Operations team at Danaher on technology initiatives fostering a business focused enterprise-wide mindset.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead, monitor, track initiatives in Legal and other IT areas through full project lifecycle aligned to Cytiva IT PMO methodology guidelines.
- Maintain oversight to Application inventory across additional IT areas aligned to Cytiva digital estate management guidelines.
- Develop and provide direction for AI / automation capabilities to transform and innovate business processes with a defined IT governance process.
- This is a highly visible individual contributor role.

Qualifications
- 7+ years’ of professional experience with IT Systems (Legal technology experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM equivalent certification.
- Prior experience working with Lawyers and fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills to translate requirements to technology solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills with the ability to assemble, manage, and motivate diverse teams to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate in a matrix organisation.
- Prior experience with project management would be an asset.
