Demonstrates deep expertise in business analysis, Salesforce administration, and advanced analytics, including emerging AI capabilities. Major Accountabilities
- Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Provide business and technical leadership across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
- Optimize Salesforce (workflows, integrations, reporting, security) aligned to business strategy.
- Integrate AI capabilities (predictive models, generative AI, automation) into business processes.
- Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.

Education
