- B2B Contract with 250-300 pln/h netto + vat,
- Contract duration: September 2026 – June 2027.
- Participation in an international SAP SuccessFactors rollout project.
- A key role with ownership of the Employee Central workstream.
- Direct cooperation with an international client and project stakeholders.
- Strong, hands‑on experience with Fircosoft in an AML / sanctions screening environment.
- Solid technical background in rule configuration, tuning and performance optimisation.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel and ideally SQL / SAS or similar tools).
- Experience with system integration / onboarding and technical issue resolution.
- Proven track record in financial crime / sanctions screening change or optimisation projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work largely remotely as an independent SME.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical SME for the Fircosoft sanctions / AML screening platform.
- Configure and tune rules, scenarios and matching to optimise screening performance.
- Perform data‑driven analysis of alerts and system performance and propose improvements.
- Support onboarding and integration of new data sources / business units (APIs, data mapping, troubleshooting).
- Plan and execute testing (unit, UAT, regression) and produce audit‑ready documentation.
