We are looking for an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, configuration, and implementation of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support organizational objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience. This role also requires the effective use of AI tools and AI-enabled capabilities, where relevant, to strengthen development productivity, solution quality, analysis, troubleshooting, and delivery outcomes.

Location: Poland, remote

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules in accordance with business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, customer metadata uploads, implementation of new modules, system enhancements, and script includes.
  • Perform ServiceNow administration activities, including user management, role management, and security configuration.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow releases, features, and leading practices.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve defects reported by end users and backend users.
  • Perform data fixes across instances and support implementation updates and defect resolution.
  • Leverage AI tools and AI-enabled capabilities, where appropriate, to support solution design, development, analysis, troubleshooting, automation, and productivity improvement within ServiceNow delivery activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer – MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Case Management, Account Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog Management, and ACL Management – MUST.
  • Proven track record working for a Born in the Cloud or Cloud‑Native technology company - Must have
  • Experience with Enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Community – An Advantage.
  • Experience in portal development – An Advantage.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools or AI enabled capabilities that support and enhance ServiceNow development activities, including development, automation, analysis, troubleshooting, or productivity improvement – MUST. Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and modules, including Now Assist, is considered An Advantage.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API, and platform customization – MUST.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, including Workflow Editor and Flow Designer, as well as business rules, UI policies, and catalog development – MUST.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, including user management, role management, and security configuration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs – MUST.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Fluency in English – MUST.
  • Demonstrated ability for self-learning and continuous professional development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, are considered an advantage.
