Technical Product Manager - Client Experience
We are seeking a highly technical and execution-focused Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of client-facing platform experiences within a global commerce infrastructure environment.

You will own critical capabilities across developer platforms, APIs, identity management, access systems, checkout experiences, and client-facing products.

Accountabilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the client experience layer, acting as the primary leader responsible for developer platforms, APIs, identity and access management, and checkout experiences.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions, including API strategies, event-driven architectures, client-facing workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Lead autonomous, cross-functional teams of engineers and product contributors, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Optimize the end-to-end client journey by improving developer onboarding, integration experiences, merchant account management, permissions, reporting, checkout flows, and user-facing interactions.
- Drive the evolution toward AI-powered onboarding and integration experiences, reducing complexity and enabling more self-service and automated workflows.
- Establish and maintain high standards for reliability, security, scalability, and performance across APIs, identity systems, and checkout experiences.
- Promote a strong ownership culture by ensuring teams are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the products they build, from development through production operations.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and executive teams to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize investments, and align technical decisions with strategic goals.
- Use data-driven frameworks to prioritize initiatives and create structured roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical improvements, and business opportunities.
