We are looking for a practical and collaborative Fullstack Engineer to join the Developer Experience (DX) team in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on building internal developer platforms, tools, and services that improve developer productivity, system visibility, and workflow automation. You will contribute to developing and maintaining solutions that support engineering teams and improve development processes.

  • Develop backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Build frontend applications using Vue and Nuxt.
  • Contribute to internal tools that improve developer productivity and automation.
  • Work with DevOps engineers on cloud, CI/CD, and observability integration.
  • Support debugging and root cause analysis of application issues.
  • Participate in POCs and evaluation of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience in fullstack development delivering web-based applications.
  • Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Good knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as NestJS.
  • Ability to build frontend features using Vue or Nuxt.
  • Understanding of event-driven systems and messaging tools like Kafka.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and how modern applications are deployed.
  • Awareness of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / AWS CDK).
  • Exposure to production systems, debugging, and working in distributed environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish, with readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice.
