  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and modern software delivery practices, including GitOps approaches.
  • Build and maintain developer enablement tooling that improves productivity, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify engineering challenges and deliver practical platform solutions.
  • Drive observability and security initiatives by implementing monitoring, alerting, and secure-by-design principles across infrastructure and pipelines.

  • Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. You receive a budget (550 PLN monthly). • Regular and systematic further training opportunities - both internally and from external providers. We support your ongoing learning and development.
  • Cooperation within an internal community is our everyday reality. We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.

  • Completed university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and managing scalable cloud environments.
  • Strong experience operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production environments, including Helm usage.
  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and working with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Ability to work with backend code (e.g. Java or Node.js) combined with strong understanding of observability, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish, with readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice.

Nice to have:
