This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling global mobile growth function, focused on acquiring high-quality users across leading social discovery and entertainment apps. You will own performance-driven campaigns across major paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta and TikTok, optimizing toward LTV, CPA, and overall profitability. The environment is highly data-driven, international, and fully remote, bringing together experienced marketers and product teams across multiple regions. You will experiment continuously with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to unlock scalable growth. The role requires strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of mobile attribution and funnel economics. You will be responsible for managing and scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels, ensuring strong efficiency and growth outcomes.
