Block Labs is a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. We don't just ship features; we engineer high-scale, production-grade platforms that power the next generation of digital products.
We are a collective of senior engineers, product strategists, and builders who refuse to compromise on architecture. Whether we are designing autonomous multi-agent AI systems, building decentralized financial infrastructure, or architecting high-frequency iGaming platforms, our standard is excellence.
We move fast, but we build for the long term. If you are looking to work alongside a team that values deep technical expertise, thoughtful system design, and product ownership, Block Labs is where you belong.
We are hiring a senior, strategically minded Product Manager to act as a mini-business owner, with end-to-end ownership of Shield and Insights: two key modules within a soon-to-launch, next-generation white-label casino platform.
Shield: helps operators prevent fraud and abuse. It is our unified risk and decisioning layer. It brings together third-party risk tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, SEON, PSP fraud tools, and KYC providers, alongside internal behavioural data, into a single layer to provide risk scoring, review workflows, case management, reason codes, and auditability.
Insights: helps operators understand performance changes across the business. It is our operator intelligence layer moving from “what happened?” to “why did this happen?” and “what should we look at next?” through focused dashboards, reports, alerts, root-cause analysis, and human-language queries.
This role is weighted heavily toward Shield. We are looking for a Product Manager with strong product fundamentals and direct experience in fraud, risk, compliance, payments risk, transaction monitoring, decisioning, or case management products. iGaming experience is highly valuable, but fraud/risk product experience is the priority.
Your focus is the product: operator workflows, fraud/risk logic, decision experience, auditability, requirements, prioritisation, and commercial usefulness.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex operational workflows into clear, scalable product systems.
This is a hands-on role. You will:
Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you’re one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you’ll feel at home here.
We don’t expect a unicorn - but we do expect strong Product Management fundamentals and directly relevant experience.
