We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Incentives domain within the Rides team and lead strategy and execution for our supply-side incentives program. In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the systems and experiences that drive driver engagement, retention, and growth across our platform.
Bolt's supply incentives are a core growth lever — they shape driver behaviour, marketplace health, and ultimately the reliability our riders depend on. You will work at the intersection of product, data science, growth, and operations to build scalable, high-impact incentive systems that balance business economics with driver satisfaction.
If you're excited about solving complex marketplace problems that directly move company-level metrics, we'd love to hear from you.
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the roadmap for supply-side incentive programs, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations partners. You will analyse driver behaviour and market dynamics to identify opportunities, design incentive structures that are economically sustainable and motivating, and ship the features that bring those programs to life.
You will contribute to the broader Rides group strategy and define measurable success metrics, including P&L-level business impact. You will serve as the internal expert on supply economics, regularly presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will also oversee the delivery of cross-functional initiatives, taking responsibility for implementation and identifying areas for improvement across the business.
Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
