Our client, the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), aims to strengthen Europe’s cybersecurity capacities and competitiveness. Working together with a Network of National Coordination Centres (NCCs), the ECCC supports the development of a strong European cybersecurity community. The Centre is located in Bucharest, Romania. IT Support & Platform Administrator

As an IT Support & Platform Administrator at the ECCC, you will provide administrative support to the Community & Competence Sector. In this specialized role, your core focus will be Talent Acquisition Support, focusing on delivering first-level IT and ATLAS platform support, managing internal databases, creating SharePoint collaboration spaces, and developing data dashboards to ensure the smooth flow of technical and operational workflows within a fast-paced EU environment.

You will:

  • Deliver first-level support to stakeholders for IT and ATLAS platform-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Support Corporate IT activities, including administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and setup of SharePoint pages and collaboration spaces.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of end-user equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories, user accounts, and access rights, ensuring proper documentation and governance.
  • Monitor and follow up on requests through the IT helpdesk, contributing to effective incident management.
  • Support the hierarchy in preparing reports and developing Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and update relevant portals and dashboards, ensuring content accuracy and usability.
  • Provide user management and functional support for the ATLAS platform, including onboarding, access handling, and community and NCCs assistance.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data in the ATLAS and other databases.
  • Support the preparation of relevant service agreements for the handover and maintenance of the ATLAS. Consequently, act as technical contact point with peers in other EU services.

Requirements:

  • University degree of at least 3 years of study.
  • Professional experience in administrative support roles.
  • Experience with database management and a strong ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Advanced IT skills, specifically advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to build data dashboards.
  • Familiarity with data visualization is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in an international team environment.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).
