Junior Software Developer

What You'll Do
- Support the QA Frameworks team with software design, development, testing, and implementation across multiple projects.
- Write and contribute to clean, functional code as part of a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team.
- Take part in planning and delivering software solutions on time, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute your ideas and input to technical problem-solving from day one.
- Develop your technical and professional skills through mentorship, training, and real-world project exposure.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Intermediate-level experience writing code in Java and React.
- Product-focused mindset with clear communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Collaborative team player who brings curiosity, initiative, and a passion for technology.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Maven, JavaFX, Go or Linux-based systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Involvement in student projects, internships, or self-driven technical initiatives.
