- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team.
- Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and experience leading Agile events (planning, daily scrums, retrospective, release planning).
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Skills and knowledge of risk analysis, facilitation, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and increasing project workflow transparency.
- Understanding of software development processes and procedures.
- 1-2 years (or more!) of experience in IT Project Management with a focus on web development.
- University degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Scrum Master certification or other relevant Agile certificates in the area of Project Management.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple streams, various risks, and a non-trivial stakeholder landscape.
- Ability to set up the most efficient and applicable communication approach, taking into account the cultural and personal specifics of the stakeholders.
