As an Ecommerce Data Analyst (A2) within the Partner Success Analytics team, you will generate critical insights across the full customer journey, from how shoppers discover and browse to how they purchase, retain, and engage with the platform. Operating at the intersection of ecommerce, commercial strategy, and product analytics, your work will help a diverse set of global retail partners understand platform performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver stronger business results.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, commercial, and data engineering teams to solve complex problems spanning digital storefronts, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery. You will take ownership of translating deep analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for diverse stakeholders.
