THE WORK:

• Support ServiceNow configuration and development (e.g., ITSM, HRSD)
• Assist with workflows, catalog items, and automation (Flow Designer)
• Participate in incident and service request handling
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile delivery
• Assist in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement

• Paid, several-month internship program - min. 3 months, 4-5 days a week, with flexible working hours and possibility to work remotely.

• Active student status, availability to work min. 30h/week
• Basic programming knowledge (preferably JavaScript)
• Interest in cloud platforms and digital workflows
• Good English communication skills
