  • Over 10 years of experience in digital, web, or platform operations within global environments, ideally supporting large international clients
  • Strong background in managing website publishing and digital content operations, from smaller local initiatives to large-scale regional or global launches
  • Proven ability to analyze operational processes, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions supporting both short- and long-term business goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strong ownership and execution skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within digital or web-related projects
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) required for daily communication in an international environment
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions
  • Very good knowledge of CMS platforms, particularly AEM; experience with Hybris is considered an advantage
  • Understanding of content publishing standards, copy guidelines, and workflow processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Flexibility to support critical business periods, including occasional overtime during major global product launches
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and collaboration across European markets

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of digital projects and campaigns, including planning, coordination, reporting, and post-project evaluation
  • Daily cooperation with clients and key stakeholders in the area of technical and operational preparation
  • Coordinating communication and workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered according to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Collaborating with production and execution teams to manage priorities, workload, and resource allocation
  • Monitoring project progress and adjusting operational plans to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing relationships with international stakeholders and local market teams
  • Identifying potential risks, escalation points, and operational issues, while proactively driving solutions
  • Supporting project scoping, effort estimation, budgeting, and cost management
  • Overseeing project-related financial processes, including cost tracking, invoicing, and billing coordination
  • Supporting ongoing digital business operations and maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Working closely with leadership teams on business priorities, delivery strategy, and operational improvements
  • Planning and coordinating resources across multiple projects and teams
  • Analyzing operational performance through reports and KPIs related to productivity, quality, lead times, and resource utilization
  • Managing conflicts and escalations in a fast-paced delivery environment
  • Conducting retrospective analyses after project completion and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams
