Join us as a Business Analyst supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within Barclays, where you will play a key role in enabling data-driven strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that transform data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and client views that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
The role will include; gathering and analysing business requirements to support CRM and data initiatives, working with data and technology teams to transform and interpret data into actionable insights and visualisations, and supporting the delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions that provide a clear, consolidated view of customer and business metrics.
This position is based in London.
Some other highly valued skills may include (3 desirable skills): • Experience working alongside Data Engineering or Analytics teams, with awareness of data modelling, ETL concepts, data governance frameworks, and BI visualisation tools • Understanding of data integration concepts, including APIs and data transfer mechanisms • Good understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience managing requirements in Jira and documentation in Confluence

To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have:
• Proven experience working closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements in a clear and structured manner
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT and delivery teams
• Strong data analysis capability, including hands-on SQL experience, to investigate issues, interpret data, and support informed decision-making
