Application Support Specialist (IBM MQ Focus)
As an Application Support Specialist reporting to Sr. Director - Systems Operations you'll play a critical role in operating and evolving Nasdaq Nordic post-trade systems. You'll ensure stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our platforms while working closely with technical owners and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents end-to-end, including participation in on-call rotations for major incidents and planned operational activities.
- Deploy releases and manage configuration and change activities across environments to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for application behavior, integrations, and operational questions.
- Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
- Collaborate with technical owners and cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements and support business initiatives.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay for this role is €3,500–€4,300 per month. Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ (essential for this position).
- Proficiency working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear, professional communication in English.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SWIFT-related systems or integrations.
- Scripting or programming skills, with understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
- Relevant professional certifications (ITIL, IBM MQ, SWIFT, Agile).
