Associate Director, AI & Technology Learning Enablement

The Associate Director, AI & Technology Learning Enablement leads enterprise-wide upskilling and reskilling initiatives to prepare IQVIA’s workforce for emerging and critical skills across the technology and AI stack. This role owns flagship programs including AI University, AI certification pathways, Tech Lab modernization, and Microsoft Copilot enablement, with a strong focus on applied learning and measurable adoption.

Partnering across IT, AI, Consulting, and business teams, this role translates enterprise skill priorities into scalable, role-based learning experiences that accelerate productivity, innovation, and future readiness. The position manages a direct report and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI and technology learning strategy focused on upskilling and reskilling
  • Drive AI University and Tech Lab revamp with support from the broader team
  • Enable adoption of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) through practical, hands-on learning
  • Identify and prioritize emerging and critical skills across IQVIA’s tech and AI ecosystem
  • Manage vendors and one direct report; collaborate across IT, AI, and business stakeholders

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,100.00 - $234,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in Learning, Talent Development, or Technology Enablement
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale AI or technology capability initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder influence, vendor management, and people-leadership skills
