Main Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of feedback sources for product quality issues;
- Roadmap for detection and prevention improvements;
- Prioritization of issues for resolution;
- Collaboration with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders, identification of blockers, management of dependencies and resources;
- Monitoring and continuous iteration on detection performance;
- Reporting results and status to upper management and other stakeholders;
- Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders;
- Embrace transparency and communication.
Salary Range:
- Monthly gross salary from 4700 - 6700 EUR.
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a product owner, IT project manager, or Product manager;
- Proven experience in working with development teams;
- Proven experience in identifying deliverable dependencies, roadblocks, or challenges;
- Strong technical understanding of how software is built, deployed, and maintained;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Leadership, Risk Management, Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills.
