Responsibilities:
- Implementing the SAP system and supporting SAP HCM system users
- Configuring the SAP HCM module
- Direct collaboration with clients on current system needs
- Handling requests from the Help Desk platform
- Participation in system development projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM (modules PY, PA, PT, OM)
- Understanding of payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schema and rule configuration
- Ability to configure SAP HCM systems according to client needs
- Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data-related issues
- Strong background in analyzing business processes, optimization, and project implementation
- Ability to debug errors and make changes in code (ABAP)
