THE WORK:

As a consultant you will support the delivery of large-scale, business-critical IT transformation programs for leading consumer goods clients.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will contribute to structured planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment activities across complex, multi-workstream environments.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and external partners to ensure delivery transparency, risk control, and high-quality execution throughout the program lifecycle — from requirements alignment through go-live and stabilization.

We are looking for professionals with:

• 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to consumer goods / FMCG business environments is a plus
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC)
• Understanding of SAP functional domains such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or related modules
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and test coordination
• Exposure to release management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with project and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project
• Structured risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and confident communication skills in client-facing environments
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or SAP-related certifications are advantageous
