As a IT Operations & Cloud Technician reporting to Sr. Director - Systems Operations, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and support high‑availability on‑premises and cloud platforms, ensuring system stability, resiliency, and performance.

  • Handle incidents end‑to‑end, including participation in on‑call rotations for major incidents and planned operational activities.

  • Deploy releases, handle configuration, and change activities across environments.

  • Drive automation, CI/CD improvements, and infrastructure as code to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

  • Collaborate with technical owners and multi-functional teams to meet SLAs, support business initiatives, and maintain high‑quality operational documentation.

This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in IT operations, system administration, or application support.

  • Hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).

  • Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins).

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data platforms, including Data Warehouses, ETL pipelines, and operational support of data processing workflows.

  • Relevant professional certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Kubernetes, Agile).

  • Scripting or programming skills, with an understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security standards.
